All children to learn and have fun in London!
Activities for children...
There are lots of activities, attractions, places to visit... where the kids can have a lot of fun! Here are some of them…
TOURIST BUS
It is wonderful to be able to visit London on these double-decker buses, and the kids enjoy it a lot. You will know the most important monuments and their streets, and you can go down and up as often as you want. And the best thing that includes a trip to cross the Thames and a walking guide, a perfect plan!

KIDZANIA
Would you like to play a policeman? Chef? Painter? In Kinzania the children can become for a few hours in what you want ,and what you most want to be as an adult. You can play more than 600 different professions for hours like firefighters, surgeons, dentists, aircraft pilots.... you will have your own money to get the driver's license and a lot of activities.
LONDON EYE
The London Eye is the famous giant ferris wheel in London that is in the center of the capital, al the foot of the River Thames and next to Big Ben. It measures 135 meters and has 32 capsules from where you can see many things in the city (parks, monuments, skyscrapers...) needs 40 minutes to go round and the queues to buy tickets are very long (it's best to buy it anticipated) but you have to do it !
LEGOLAND
The Legoland London theme park is located in Windsor. It is a theme park in which there are gigantic Lego figures (there are 47 million pieces) and is aimed at children from 3 to 10 years. They have attractions, sleeping hotels, restaurants, swing parks. And "MiniLand", which is one of the park's most famous attractions, a miniature reproduction of London. An adventure!
MUSICALS
In London you can enjoy the best musicals for children in the world. There are plays that are permanently in the theatre (like The Lion King, Matilda, Aladdin or Wicked) and others that last a few weeks or months. (like Snowman and Room on the Broom de Julia Donaldson) When you visit London, you can ask in your hotel or on the internet, the plays that you can see. Plays for children often include many gestures and songs, so nothing happens if your English is not high.
ZOO AND AQUARIUM OF LONDON
Inside the Regent´s Park, is the ZOO of London. It is the oldest scientific Zoo in the world and has more than 800 different species and 20.000 animals. You can see a great representation of animals of all kinds and typical of many places of the world, for example elephants, tigers, giraffes...or the penguins of the poles or the new enclosure of the Lions. There are also specific events to complete the visit, you can spend the night there, you can paint your face like an animal or
play as the animal zookeeper... and much more!
The AQUARIUM is in the County Hall Building (near the London eye). It has 3 plants with 350 tanks in total on both sides of the tunnel with over forty sharks, penguins and many different animals and vegetable species. There are small tanks and a big central one where the bigger animals are. Just at the end of the tour, there is a tank opened with marine stripes that can be touched with great care. A great experience!
VISIT AN URBAN FARM
In London there are several urban farms spread throughout the city, and will teach children how to care for the animals and the importance of agriculture. Hackney City Farm is in central London and is free! It has a small orchard that neighborhood neighbors and children take care of every day. Everything that is produced on the farm is sold at the farm store or used for the restaurant kitchen they have there. There are specific days full of activities and workshops for children.
STUDIOS OF HARRY POTTER
If you are a fan of Harry Potter and you are going to be in London, you can visit the Warner Bros Studios of Harry Potter or stroll through different corners of London where some scenes of the Harry Potter films were shot. In these studies all Harry Potter films were recorded, and Warner Bros decided to keep the original scenarios and open them to the public (Dumbledore's office, Hagrid's hut, the Hogwarts train…).
If you want to visit some places that appear in the stories of Rowling, visit: Leadenhall Market, Millenium Bridge, Piccadilly Circus, the reptile of the London Zoo or the Tower Brigde.
EAT IN THE RAINFOREST CAFE
In London there are several restaurants recommended to go with children, but if you really want to surprise them, eat at the Rainforest Café. This restaurant simulates a jungle... where you can eat between butterflies or elephants and where suddenly there are storms...
